Yokohama is located in the heart of Japan on the Pacific coast. It is the second most populous city in the country with 3.7 million inhabitants. It is located just half an hour from Tokyo and is the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture. Yokohama is one of 15 cities in the country designed by the Japanese government.
