Kazuno is a city in Japan located in the northeastern part of Akita Prefecture. Founded on May 1, 1972 by the merger of the villages of Hanawa, Towada, Ozarizawa and the village of Hachimantai, Kazuno County. The city specializes in cattle breeding and apple cultivation.
