College Park is a city in Prince Georges County, Maryland, USA. Located approximately 6.4 kilometers from the northeastern border of Washington, DC. Population 30,413 people according to the 2010 US Census (32,163 people according to the 2019 estimate - the 9th most populous in the state.). The city is best known for its university, and since 1994, the city also houses the National Archives, a division of the US National Archives Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Center for Weather and Climate Prediction (NCWCP).
